The LUNI project has followed standards imposed by The LEGO® Group, and is allowed to distribute the game for users to download and play on a private server. The LEGO Group has not endorsed or authorized the operation of this game and is not liable for any safety issues in relation to the operation of this game. All files are under the General Public License, version 3, and are only for use on a non-commercial basis.

Using the General Public License was not forced by LEGO representatives, but is instead required due to the fact that this project is a continuation of the original LUNIServer, which utilized the GPL from the beginning of its creation through the time of copying and improving done here. You can read the full GNU Public License (v3) to see more about how your rights as a consumer are protected.

This project is guaranteed to be 100% free forever. Most original components (e.g. those not originally developed by friends of the LEGO Group) are provided in an open-source format to guarantee a safe, stable environment.
