Minecraft Earth APK [December 2019]

Despite Minecraft Earth being in early access, many of you have been unable to install it for yourself due to the app being missing from the appstore, the app being incompatible with your device, or the app saying that Minecraft Earth is “not available in your country”.

Here’s how an APK file can help:

  • First of all, if you’re in a country where Minecraft Earth is not yet available, you may not even be able to see the app within the appstore, and thus you have no way to even get it installed. Installing the APK directly will bypass this with zero problems.
  • Alternatively, if your phone is running Android 7 or below, or iOS 11 or below, the app will probably not be compatible with your hardware. There’s no software bypasses for the “old hardware” issue, but if you do feel like your phone should be compatible with the game despite being older, installing ARCore from Google Play may allow you to play Minecraft Earth despite your old hardware.
  • Lastly, even after installing the APK, you might still receive the “not available in your country” message. This can occur even if Earth is available where you live. First, check on your phone’s region and GPS settings to confirm that you are in a playable region. If not, changing your region settings and/or spoofing the GPS signal could be used as a last resort to get into a playable region.

How to install:

  1. The first step is to download the latest Minecraft Earth APK file. You’ll want to make sure that you’re getting version 2019.1115.12.0 or later, since any earlier versions no longer work in December 2019.
  2. Depending on your phone type, there may be a few steps you need to take before you can install the APK.
  3. If you haven’t installed any APK files before, you need to allow installation of third-party APK files. Go to “Settings” > “Advanced/Security” > enable “Unknown Sources”.
  4. You should also clear your Play Store cache just in case. Go to “Settings” > “Apps” > “Play Store” > “Storage” > “Clear Cache and Data”. Repeat the process for Play Store Services as well, if needed.
  5. I recommend rebooting your device at this point.
  6. Once everything is ready, you can click on the APK that you downloaded and it should be installed by the package manager. Enjoy!
