Is 0.6.1 stable yet, I heard on the comments that there were still some glitches?
ALOT better that 0.6. You should use it but if you don’t like the little glitches stay with 0.5.1. 🙂

I’m new at downloading things like this so would it be ok if you made a video how to download 6.1. like every part of it. i have it but the loading takes forever, i don’t know if its broke or not since the scenes on the right switch. Though thankk you fro your hard work on this i had some great times on LU, even got a textbook guide on it.

No, all of the old characters and accounts are gone. The good thing about this is that you don’t need to have had a subscription or even played at all before in order to use this software.
how to use the easy world changer?? for 0.5.1
Run (double-click on) the .jar file, and browse to the installation of your LUNIServer 0.5.1. From there, just follow the instructions and you should be fine. (If not, I can help you).
I want to make a new character but I need passwords to be able to delete them.

Yes, it’s fine. If you’re still worried, don’t do it or get some good antivirus software first.

MalwareBytes is good for free anti-virus software.
the nexus file has nothing in it when I download it
How big is the file that you downloaded? Check it with Right-Click > Properties. You might have got an impartial download. You should try a different browser to see if there is a difference.
Help when i open Nexus2 i cant start the installer i get an Error
U have to Extract all Files from Nexus 2 and the 0.5.1 Server ! Than start the Luni Server from the Extracted and that Legounivers from the Extracted Nexus 2
When I install the Nexus file it will only go 1.3gb / 5.3gb Then it will stop – I’ve tried changing browsers to no avail.
Why can’t I join 0.5.1? Everytime I say register, then type in Rexdive and enter it. It starts saying LUNI not responding. Windows cannot respond to LUNI and it shuts down. Please help, I want to play Lego Universe again, its been so long!
On 0.5.1, don’t use the register command. Just log in with any username or password.
Hey I am not a computer specialist but I glib globbing loved this game. I didnt know what the adventure is coming to an end picture on the launcher meant so when I tried to log on and it gave the message about it being shut down I sobbed for like 30 minutes. Will there be a public server available soon.

When I switch worlds using the separate world changing application, it tends to spawn me “outside the map”. Sometimes I can get back to the world using the jetpack item, but other times, such as in nexus tower, I’m stuck somewhere that seems to either be far below or on top of the game map. Anyone know a fix to make characters spawn correctly?

hi, whenever i open 5.1 and try to register a new account (when lu was out, i never had a chance to play it 🙁 ), and i type in a username, it crashes it. what should i do? (at the moment of this post, i am downloading nexus2)

5.1 is easier, and with it any username/password will work (the register command doesn’t work below 0.6).

Every time I try to download the file I get really bad download speed. This only happens when I download from the browser but for other clients such as Steam I get 4 MB download speed! Please help!
We don’t have unlimited bandwidth 😉 currently someone is uploading a large copy of LEGO Universe Rebuild so speeds might not be the fastest. And anywhere above 1 MB/s is a good speed for this site.

How much space does the nexus2 client take up when extracting it?
Around 13 GB.
I know this is really big, but you just must download it once and you can play LU, the best game ever with it. 🙂

I was wondering if it was normal when I’m running the 0.5.1 server, I can’t seem to be able to press shift to interact with anything. Just wondering if that feature has not been implemented yet.
Also I’m trying to run the LUNI Server 0.6.1 and it keeps saying that I’m missing libmysql.dll ? Is there something that I have to copy to make it work? Thanks!

Ok so after I’ve downloaded the Nexus client my computer won’t let me open it. It says windows can’t open the folder because it is invalid. This might be a stupid question because I’m kind of new to this but any suggestions on what I can do?

You need programmers, eh? Well, I can’t promise much, to be honest. I’m fairly busy so may not be able to spend a lot of time on it, and I also don’t really know what you need. I know Lua script, but beside that my knowledge is limited to the easy and useless stuff, like hmtl and css.

Well, you’ll need to install LEGO Universe. Unless you downloaded the full client, you’ll need to download it from this site. The same goes for the server. Old accounts were removed so they won’t work here.
If that’s the case, what do we use to log in? I want to make sure I know the full info before downloading
Servers 0.5.1 and below accept any username and password. For 0.6 and above, you’ll need to use the register command in the server console to register a new user account into the SQL database.

I tried 0.6.1 and when I play it stays at 0%, was Venture Explorer not put in yet or is this a glitch or did I just install wrong? I followed the instructions from a video.
I haven’t made a video for 0.6.1. Try 0.5.1 and see if you have the same problem.

It sounds like your computer is laggy. Right click on Computer, click Properties, and list the basic system details you see to me so I can check if it’s your hardware limits that is causing the lag.

Tim i recommend fully finishing the first area so when you make a new character you arent stuck at a loading scream that literary never ends. I wish you good luck and wish i could help, but sadly im just a very good gamer no coder. keep the good work up!
I’m with you, good gamer; not so good coder. Plus I think this game is C++ coded. I barely have any experience with java. Just if\then statements and a basic calculator. 😐

Hello there! I’d just like to know if new characters are able to get in-game right after character creation (0.6 has an empty database). With 0.6, I get stuck at the loading screen, so I’d guess character creation is not fully implemented yet?
0.6 has a world loading bug; 0.6.1 source should let you access worlds (but not with your newly created char, although that char will save in the database).
when trying to run .6.1 compiled server, i get the message
Terminated unable to connect to database!
PRESS ENTER TO QUIT

Umm use the LUNIBundle 0.6 and try replacing the server files with 0.6.1, since they use the same directory structure.

Hmm, which doesn’t work – the client or the server?

I guess your operating system (Windows XP) is to blame since these programs run on your Windows 7 machine. Try compatibility settings for the programs (right-click > Properties > Compatibility) and see if there is something that you can change that will make it work, although I doubt it because compatibility usually makes older programs run on newer systems, not the other way around.
